Jean-Michel Janoueix

During his 25 years’ career, Jean-Michel Janoueix has held responsibilities in various sectors such as Banking (Commerzbank), Video Games (Ubisoft), Internet, IT Services or market research (Ipsos). An expert in change management and transformation projects, Jean-Michel joined the Kantar Group in 2013 as CEO of Millward Brown for Central/Eastern Europe & Nordics. He has recently been appointed CEO of the "Consumer Insights" branch of Kantar France which includes TNS Sofres and Millward Brown. Jean-Michel is a graduate of ESSEC and the Paris Institut d’Etudes Politiques.

Norman Kurtis

Professor of Consumer Insights and Behavior

Norman Kurtis is a specialist in helping clients make better marketing and strategy decisions based on consumer insights and behavior. During his career, he has lived/worked in many countries including Brazil, England, France, Germany, Spain, Turkey and the United States. He has worked as both associate partner strategic and CEO of prestigious institutions such as American Express, Accenture and Ipsos. Currently, he is Senior Board Advisor at Roamler (mobile crowdsourcing POS & mystery shopping solution). He holds an MBA from the London Business School.
